Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of Coordinate (usecoordinate.com): the website, the app, its API and MCP server, and the command-line tool. By signing in or using it, you agree to them. Questions: derekmeegan@gmail.com.
The preview
Coordinate is in an invite-only design partner preview. Features may change or be removed, the service may be unavailable at times, and we may end the preview. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you, and you can export your log at any time.
Your account
- You sign in with GitHub or an emailed code. Keep access to those, and the tokens Coordinate gives you, to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your workspace through them.
- You may connect only accounts and tools you are allowed to connect, and you are responsible for following their terms when you do.
Your data
- What you and your tools record in your workspace is yours. You give Coordinate permission to store, process, and send it only as needed to run the service for you: recording events, answering queries, and running the triggers and actions you set up.
- How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
- Actions you configure send data where you point them (webhooks, APIs, agents, Poke). You are responsible for those destinations.
Acceptable use
Don't use Coordinate to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam, to attack, overload, or probe other systems, to get around limits or other people's access controls, or to interfere with the service or other workspaces. We may suspend a workspace that does, or that puts the service or others at risk.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Ending
You can stop using Coordinate at any time and ask us to delete your workspace (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, or end the service, with notice where we reasonably can.
No warranty
Coordinate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every event will be recorded, or that every trigger will fire. Don't rely on it as the only safeguard for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Coordinate and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We will post changes to this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Using Coordinate after that means you accept the new terms.
